Natural Hair Salon Part time Personal Assistant and Full Time Natural Hair Stylist Needed

Gorgeous Strands Natural Hair Salon is growing!

Gorgeous Strands is known for servicing natural hair clients over the age of 10 and of all genders. At Gorgeous Strands we pride ourselves in providing and maintaining a professional and relaxing environment for the busy client that wants to unwind while getting their hair done. Our clients love the one-stop-shop feel we provide. Working at Gorgeous Strands is about creating a safe space for stylists and clients to have fun and building community. 

We are currently looking to expand Gorgeous Strands and with that growth comes with a larger team. I am in need of a Personal Assistant and also a Natural Hair Stylist. 

Part time Personal Assistant Qualifications:

Must be organized, timely and self motivated. Has transportation and car insurance. The personal assistant will be my first point of contact.

• Will help with appointment scheduling, emailing, social media messages 
• administration skills.
• to be thorough and pay attention to detail.
• the ability to work well with others (mainly me).
• to be flexible and open to change.
• patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• knowledge of English language.
• business management skills.
• excellent verbal communication skills.
• Some packing and fulfilling orders will be involved. 

Natural Hair Stylist Qualifications:

Must be timely, self motivated and professional. Has some knowledge of natural hair. Has Texas Cosmetology License. Independent stylist will clientele. 

• Works well with others and be willing to be apart of a team of stylists.
• Timely
• Must be able to provide full natural hair services and styling
• Providing hair coloring is a bonus
• Must be organized and professional
• Must have social media presence 
• Must be flexible with time
